NUTRILICIOUS BURGER

 

INGREDIENTS

·                                 For the Tikki
·                                 1 pack of Knorr Tawa Chatpata
·                                 100 gm of potato
·                                 5 tbsp of breadcrumbs
·                                 Buns & the toppings:
·                                 8 mini burger buns
·                                 4-5 lettuce leaves (medium sized)
·                                 8 onion rings
·                                 4 cheese slice
·                                 Oil for frying

METHOD

1.                  Read the directions on the pack of the Tawa Chatpata and mix it accordingly in a bowl.
2.      Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. Peel and mash them with the Tawa Chatpata mix. Add 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs and shape the soft dough into tikkis. In a non-stick pan, fry the tikkis till they are golden and crisp on all sides.
3.      Meanwhile, slice the burger buns horizontally and lightly fry them till crisp. Layer the burger filling with the onion rings and lettuce, along with the tikki. Top it off with a slice of cheese.
4.      Knorr Tikki Burger is best served hot with some coriander chutney or tomato sauce.
