KATHI ROLL

·                                 1 pack Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix (Veg)
·                                 225 ml water
·                                 1 tsp oil
·                                 4 rotis
·                                 ½ cup julienned carrot
·                                 ½ cup julienned cabbage
·                                 ½ cup julienned capsicum
·                                 ½ cup julienned onion
·                                 Juice of 1 lime
·                                 Coriander and mint for garnish
·                                 Kissan ketchup

METHOD

1.                  Pour 1½ cups (225ml) of water in a Pan. Bring to boil.
2.      Add entire contents of Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix pack into the boiling water & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the product thickens.
3.      Spread quarter of this mixture on a roti, top with julienned vegetables
4.      Squeeze a little lemon juice on top, sprinkle coriander and mint and roll the roti.
5.      Now place a tawa on the gas and add a tea spoon of oil.
6.      Place the roll on the hot tawa and toast from both sides
7.      Serve hot with Kissan Ketchup and enjoy!
