dum chicken

Ingredients 



·                                 500g raw chicken
·                                 2 large onions roasted with oil till golden brown
·                                 1/2 bunch green masala-coriander
·                                 3-4 green chillies
·                                 2-3 mint leaves
·                                 1 medium size lemon juice
·                                 1cup curd
·                                 1teaspoon red chilly powder
·                                 1teaspoon salt
·                                 half tea spoon haldi powder
·                                 garam masala powder - (shahjeera1teaspoon leveled 2elaichi ,2loung, small piece of dalchini all these ground to dry powder and sprinkled on the curry made)
·                                 2teaspoon poppy seeds
·                                 2teaspoon chironji dry roast & wet grind

Directions

  1. Add all the above ingredients to cleaned&washed. Chicken marinate for 3hrs
  2. In a pressure cooker or in a kadai add 2table spoon oil let it heat add the marinated chicken in cooker 2whistles/in kadai til it becomes tender( if necessary add a little bit water)
